Boomerang Park beef is available to purchase a few times a year, when each age group has been grown out. We are not “middle men” buying in stock from other farms, we only sell what has been born, raised and grown out on the farm by ourselves. 

Simply pre-order your beef taking note of the indicated availability date in the pre-sale information, once your beef has been processed you will be notified of it's readiness for collection at Lucas Brothers Butchers in Warrnambool.

We offer a high quality product, for those that value their meat; nearly like having the luxury of your own beef, but without the work. 

Orders are for Quarter, Half or Full body.

A quarter is 75 kilos, half is 150 kilos and the full body is 300 kilos. You get every cut from the side up to the weight ordered.

THE HEREFORD

Hereford beef is renowned for high quality, featuring a tender, and juicy texture with a rich, robust, and often slightly leaner, yet well-marbled, flavour profile compared to Angus. Due to their docile nature, they experience lower stress, which further contributes to the superior tenderness and quality of the meat.

THE SHORTHORN

Shorthorn beef is widely considered one of the best British breeds for marbling, often producing superior carcass quality, exceptional tenderness, and high intramuscular fat content. While not typically surpassing specialized breeds like Wagyu, Shorthorns consistently rank at the top for marbling among traditional, temperate, or British beef breeds, often surpassing Angus.

THE LINCOLN RED

Lincoln Red beef is renowned for its exceptional eating quality, characterized by high levels of marbling, tenderness, and rich flavour. As a traditional British breed, they excel at converting forage into high-quality, succulent beef, often producing premium, well-marbled meat even on grass-fed systems. They thrive on forage-based diets, producing lean, high-quality beef that appeals to health conscious consumers.
